Trauma-Informed Advanced Skills Training for Breathwork PractitionersA one-day trauma-informed somatic training for breathwork facilitators and interns
"The body has always been speaking". This is the day you learn to truly listen."
Before the breath can open, the body must be heard.
This is an advanced practitioner day for breathwork facilitators and interns who want to go deeper — into the somatic intelligence of the body, into trauma-informed facilitation, and into their own unfinished story.
The focus of the day is learning how to listen more deeply to the emotional language of the body and how to work safely, ethically and somatically with what emerges during breathwork sessions.
You will learn practical, trauma-informed approaches to supporting clients through breath and body-based techniques, while strengthening your own facilitator awareness and presence.
Together we will explore:
• Breath-led somatic inquiry
• Emotional anatomy of the body
• Trauma-informed facilitation
• Acupressure, sound & movement
• The throat, jaw, chest & diaphragm
• Nervous system regulation & emotional integration • Ethical touch & facilitator presence.
This training focuses on developing practical skills, somatic awareness and a deeper understanding of the connection between breath, body and nervous system regulation.
